new to architrave p.c., architects

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I am a third-year architecture student in DAAP at the University of Cincinnati. My interest in historic preservation began in high school when I attended a career center focused on carpentry. The campus, Fort Hayes, was a historic site and former Army base, and during my time there, I had the opportunity to help refurbish two of its buildings by repairing brickwork, sanding columns, and repainting them. I found it fascinating to learn about the history behind these buildings and especially enjoyed being part of the process of restoring them.

I discovered Architrave while searching for my first co-op through UC, and the work closely aligned with my interests in historic preservation and architecture. I was especially drawn to the opportunity to work on projects that preserve and adapt historic buildings while giving them new life. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and trying new restaurants.
